Pizza Ranch is seeking a General Manager for our Ankeny, IA location. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver our pizza, chicken, salad, and dessert buffet concept with care and efficiency.

You will manage profitability through food and labor control, coach staff, and uphold service standards, while fostering a positive community presence in Ankeny.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people development skills.

• Able to prioritize multiple situations and manage store operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; effective listener.
• Restaurant management experience preferred; basic computer skills required.
