Job summary

Pizza Ranch Clinton is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering legendary guest experiences and community involvement.

You will help oversee food and labor costs while driving sales and profitability, recruit and coach staff, and ensure health and brand standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple situations.
• Effective communicator with strong written and spoken skills.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
