Job summary

Pizza Ranch Cedar Falls is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver legendary guest experiences.

This full-time role requires evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and community engagement.

You will monitor costs, coach staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and partner with leadership to grow sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure each guest receives a legendary dining experience and maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Business & Financial Management: Support sales growth and profitability by monitoring and controlling food, labor, and costs.
