Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Wartburg, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold Sonic standards, and lead a team. This role focuses on strong leadership, guest experiences, and operational excellence within KBP Brands’ franchise network.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year AGM experience with P&L responsibility, are 18+, can close shifts, and can handle inventory, safety, and cash management while driving growth alongside the Managing Partner.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
