Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Hinesville, GA to lead daily operations and guest experiences.

You will train and schedule the team, manage inventory and safety, handle cash and expenses, and partner with the Managing Partner to grow the business. Requirements include 1+ year GM experience in food service, being 18+, and ability to close shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control; partner to drive growth and protect the brand.
