This entry-level management role offers exposure to store-level leadership, customer service excellence, and operational oversight.

You will assist with guiding teams, ensuring brand standards, and delivering strong guest experiences while developing judgment and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign tasks, coach and develop shift supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reports, and inventory checks.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
