You will help guide non-management staff, supervise shifts, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and adherence to brand standards while maintaining safe food practices and solid cash controls.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff, assign work, and develop shift supervisors.
• Step in during the General Manager’s absence and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure clean, inviting restaurant appearance.
• Ensure accurate cash management and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through spot counts.
