Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management.
• Experience leading teams and delivering customer-focused results.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, inventory, and cash controls.
• Strong recruitment and interview skills with ability to hire top talent.
• Effective coaching, feedback, and performance appraisal abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to uphold brand standards, safety policies, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence adherence, food safety, and Core Excellence; act in GM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and resolve employee relations issues with GM support.
• Source, recruit, interview, and hire Team Members with equity and inclusion in mind.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
