Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members while promoting inclusion and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor planning.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
