Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer service and manage online reviews.
• Drive sales, manage labor costs, and improve profitability.
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging to ensure efficiency.
• Adjust staffing schedules to cover busy periods and control costs.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory, and documentation.
