Job summary

Blue Bayou Restaurant & Oyster Bar in New Orleans, LA seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest experiences. You will lead FOH and BOH teams, maintain service standards, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead Front of House and Back of House teams to uphold service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee opening/closing checklists, reservations, and guest seating logistics.
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory counts, vendor relations, and financial reporting.
