Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in St. Louis, MO to drive guest experiences and sales growth within our service center. You will work closely with the GM to coach teammates, manage inventory and budgeting, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail management experience and strong communication skills, with a proactive, guest-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and knowledge of the retail industry.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions and manuals.
• Must be able to stand on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and sales mix.
• Coach and develop teammates through training program and guidance.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and mentor technicians and CSAs.
• Open and close duties when GM is off.
