Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC invites you to join as Assistant General Manager at our Shrewsbury, MO service center. As AGM, you will partner with the GM to drive revenue growth, lead daily operations, coach technicians and front desk staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You'll manage inventory, assist with budgeting and forecasts, oversee safety and quality controls, and run opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to inspire diverse groups.
• Understanding of the retail industry and business basics.
• Ability to read safety and operating manuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales metrics.
• Coach and develop team through training programs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, and expense control.
• Manage inventory and product ordering.
• Ensure store is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Assist GM with opening/closing procedures.
• Handle guest questions and issues in person or by phone.
