Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in University City, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center alongside the General Manager. You will focus on driving sales, delivering a great guest experience, and coaching a team of automotive technicians and CSAs.

Responsibilities include inventory, budgeting, forecasting, staff development, opening and closing, and maintaining a safe, clean environment per our standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with retail industry understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales metrics.
• Coach and develop team using internal training programs.
• Maintain quality control and safety guidelines.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Open and close the store as needed.
