Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes in the service center.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service area per guidelines.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians and CSAs.
