Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Bridgeton, MO to partner with the GM to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining store metrics, and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

The AGM will lead by example, develop teammates through our internal training program, oversee operations, inventory, and budgeting, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming service center environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest counts and sales metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates using our internal training program.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation per guidelines.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
