Jiffy Lube International in Burlington, NJ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy service center and drive guest satisfaction.
You will work directly with the General Manager to grow revenue, coach and engage teammates, manage inventory and safety, and ensure a clean, high-performing store that delivers an exceptional guest experience.
Competitive compensation ranges from $18.50 to $21.00 per hour along with full benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Proven leadership to motivate diverse teams
- Business sense and retail industry understanding
- Ability to read safety and operating instructions
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Guest-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth with GM and guest count
- Coach and deliver excellent customer service
- Lead team engagement and efficiency
- Develop teammates via internal training
- Oversee inventory and cash handling
- Collaborate with DM on initiatives
- Open and close store operations
- Budgeting and sales forecasts support
- Maintain clean, safe service center
- Lead daily team huddles and meetings
- Set direction to achieve goals
- Ensure compliance with safety rules
- Assist with hiring and workforce engagement
