Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM and focus on guest count and core sales metrics.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling in line with financial targets.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliant operations per GTE standards.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs and support open/close duties.
