Jiffy Lube International in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize service revenue.

As AGM, you’ll work with the General Manager to coach technicians and service advisers, manage inventory and scheduling, and maintain a safe, clean center. This role rewards hands-on leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. Biweekly bonuses and benefits are part of the full-time package.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and core sales performance.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSAs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead by example to engage the team and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with DM on initiatives and budgeting during daily operations.
