You will work with the General Manager, coach technicians and service advisors, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness while maintaining company standards. This full-time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Guest First mindset in all guest interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must stand on hard surfaces and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest counts and lead measures.
• Coach and mentor team; conduct daily huddles and store meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and guest experience standards are met.
• Assist GM with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Manage guest questions and feedback in person or by phone.
