Jiffy Lube in Naperville, IL is seeking a High‑Energy Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll coach staff, manage store performance, ensure safety standards, and own operations in the GM’s absence. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and values customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to use computers and internet tools, complete required forms.

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
