Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Skokie service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales growth, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership style. The role is full-time, on-site, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience;Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and financial performance
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction
• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core sales initiatives
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training programs
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the service center
