Job summary

KBP Brands, owner of KFC franchises, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lancaster, Ohio. You will lead, train, and coach a team, deliver guest service, and oversee daily operations to ensure quality and profitability.

The role offers paid training, advancement opportunities through internal programs, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and education support. You’ll be required to close shifts two nights weekly and have at least one year of AG Manager experience

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
