Job summary

KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant in Lancaster, OH. You will lead, train, and coach the team to deliver great guest experiences and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities include labor and food cost control, inventory, cash handling, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. Must be ready to close shifts and have at least 1 year of leadership experience in quick-service.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
