LV Petroleum's Bojangles location is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring top customer service, operational excellence, and strong team development in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee staff, inventory, safety, and labor management, with opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or shifts (Quick Service or Fast Casual preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences by coaching team members and holding them accountable to standards.
• Help recruit, train, and develop employees to build a strong, effective team.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control efforts.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage shifts effectively, including opening/closing procedures, labor deployment, and handling customer concerns.
• Drive sales through excellent service and suggestive selling.
• Serve as the acting General Manager when the GM is not present.
