LV Petroleum LLC is expanding and hiring for our Bojangles restaurant. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) partners with the General Manager to lead operations, ensure top-quality service, and develop the team.

You will oversee daily hospitality standards, schedules, inventory, labor and cost control, and drive sales through service excellence. This leadership role requires 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience (Quick Service or Fast Casual preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
• Basic knowledge of labor management and food cost control
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

LV Petroleum is expanding! We are currently hiring for our Bojangles restaurant. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Working alongside the General Manager, the AGM helps ensure top-quality customer service, operational excellence, and team development. This position is responsible for helping lead the team, manage inventory, uphold Bojangles’ brand standards, and drive store performance.
