LV Petroleum is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Bojangles restaurant in Laurel, Mississippi. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring top-notch service, quality, and efficiency while leading and developing the restaurant team.

Key duties include coaching staff, managing inventory and costs, and upholding Bojangles’ brand standards. You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
• Basic knowledge of labor management and food cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

LV Petroleum is expanding! We are currently hiring for our Bojangles restaurant. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Working alongside the General Manager, the AGM helps ensure top-quality customer service, operational excellence, and team development. This position is responsible for helping lead the team, manage inventory, uphold Bojangles’ brand standards, and drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
