Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent required; valid driver’s license to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant staffing planning and coaching of department managers.
• Lead guest relations, handle guest complaints, and coaching on service standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality, portioning, recipe compliance, and safety standards.
• Monitor P&L-related activities, budget development, and revenue opportunities.
• Perform administrative duties such as invoicing, inventory, and end-of-day procedures.
