Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant where you will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence. You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and compliance to maintain standards of quality and service.

The role includes a quarterly bonus program, access to KBP Cares, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and education benefits. Paid training and shift meals are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, stand, walk long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
