Job summary

Brothers Bar & Grill is opening a new location in Music Row and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, staffing, and guest service. This role is the “CEO of the place” responsible for all bar and grill activities and for driving a high-performance team with strong support from regional managers.

You will hire, train, schedule, manage inventory and labor, and ensure top-tier guest experiences across a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in bartending and/or serving.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Highly motivated for success.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead by example.
• Willing to grow with expanding company in multiple states.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bar & grill operations including hiring and training.
• Manage scheduling, inventory controls, and labor costs.
