Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets. You will own daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience that reinforces our brand and wireless solutions.

You’ll manage talent, motivate the team, analyze performance, and align goals with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
