Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets and store merchandising. You will create an outstanding in-store experience and empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for talent management, coaching, and daily store operations, including planning and executing strategies to meet store commitments and growth.

Competenze

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
