Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager oversee daily operations across our network. You will guide store-level performance, coach supervisors, and ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.

This entry-level management path offers development in leadership, operations, and people management within Applegreen's growing multi-store environment, with emphasis on service quality, teamwork, and peak-hour efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-management associates, assign work, develop shifts supervisors.
• Able to act in absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Maintain brand standards and procedures to maximize brand/landlord/labor relations.
• Ensure cash management accuracy and daily reporting, handle customer issues effectively.
