Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Palmetto, GA location to help lead daily operations and uphold brand standards. You will work closely with the General Manager to coach the team, drive guest service, manage scheduling, and control costs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team‑first mentality
• Ability to lead and motivate in a high‑energy environment
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of food safety procedures and basic business operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Help manage scheduling, labor controls, and team productivity
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times
• Step into a leadership role in the GM’s absence, making sound operational decisions
• Handle guest issues with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction
