Job summary

Georgia Foods is seeking a dependable Assistant General Manager for a Bojangles in Hinesville, GA. You will partner with the General Manager to drive daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food safety and service in a fast-paced setting.

The AGM will coach and develop frontline staff, manage scheduling and labor, and help control costs while upholding brand expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong work ethic and team-first mentality.
• Ability to lead in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
