Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway, operated by Lafrance Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee hotel operations and guest service in North Conway, NH.

You will partner with the General Manager to lead front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, ensure Marriott standards, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Brand hotel experience in leadership preferred (1-3 years).
• Strong front desk operations or property management knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, including guest service, room availability, and cost controls.
• Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and help with performance evaluations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a seamless operation.
