Aperture Hotels is opening TownePlace Suites Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences as the property launches.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial oversight, and hands-on involvement in housekeeping, payroll/HR, maintenance, and F&B to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel management at AGM or FOM level.
• Strong guest service focus, team development and training.
• Marriott background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and manage hotel staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the financial performance of the hotel.
• Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance.
