Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hotel management, strong Marriott background, leadership and budgeting skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience.
• Experience at AGM or FOM level with emphasis on guest service and staff development.
• Strong Marriott background.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Understanding of budgets, staffing models and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and manage hotel staff.
