Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and performance management.
• Familiarity with Hilton systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure service quality and brand compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor laws.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Maintain visibility with guests and staff, resolving issues promptly.
• Support recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness with Engineering and Housekeeping.
• Act as General Manager in their absence.
