Lafrance Hospitality is seeking an experienced hospitality leader for the role of Assistant General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA. This position partners with the General Manager to ensure smooth property operations and outstanding guest service across all departments.

Responsibilities include daily hotel and Bistro operations, coaching staff, maintaining Marriott standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading hotel operations and guest services.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and schedules.
• Knowledge of Marriott standards preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee front office operations, guest service, brand standards, room availability, cost controls and profitability.
• Lead or assist daily operations of the hotel Bistro.
• Monitor team performance and assist in training, coaching, scheduling and reviews.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive improvements with the GM.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage housekeeping/laundry and related responsibilities.
