The Lafrance Hospitality family is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Fairfield Inn & Suites in Plymouth, MA. This role works closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include front office leadership, scheduling, coaching, managing housekeeping duties, and driving profitability while maintaining Marriott/Lafrance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years hotel Front Desk experience OR prior Property Management experience.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on building guest relationships.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
• Prior brand hotel experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front office operations to ensure guest service and profitability.
• Coach and evaluate team members; assist in scheduling and reviews.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
• Greet guests and resolve inquiries promptly; manage housekeeping tasks.
