Job summary

Lafrance Hospitality is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join the Courtyard team as Assistant General Manager, at the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure flawless hotel and bistro operations, delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership across departments, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with Marriott and Lafrance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior brand hotel experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge in food & beverage.
• Minimum 1-3 years hotel Front Desk experience OR prior Property Management experience.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on building guest relationships.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office operations management to ensure guest service, brand standards, room availability, cost controls and profitability.
• Lead or assist in the daily operations of the hotel Bistro.
• Monitor team performance and assist in training needs; coach, evaluate and reward staff; assist in scheduling and reviews.
• Monitor guest satisfaction reviews with the GM and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
• Greet guests and address inquiries promptly and courteously; resolve concerns.
• Oversee housekeeping/laundry and some housekeeping tasks.

We looking to add an experienced hospitality leader to join our Award Winning Courtyard team!

We are looking to fill the role of Assistant General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott, Littleton, MA.

As the Assistant General Manager you will work hand in hand with our General Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the property for both the hotel and the hotel bistro.

The Assistant General Manager works with all departments within the hotel to provide outstanding guest service and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
