Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations. This role provides leadership to hotel associates, drives operational and financial performance, and ensures exceptional guest service.

The AGM steps in for the GM when needed. On-site leadership role with opportunities for professional growth, quarterly bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the hotel industry.
• 2+ years supervising eight or more associates.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hilton or Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management systems and basic accounting practices.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hotel associates.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and performance feedback.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.
• Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and admin tasks.
• Monitor labor and expenses within budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, safety, and security.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure service quality.
• Maintain cross-department communication and reporting.
• Complete operational documentation and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
