As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the GM to lead the restaurant, develop a confident, caring team, protect the guest experience, and build relationships that grow our customer base.

You are a hands-on operator and culture carrier, able to move between dining room, kitchen, bar, community, and Home Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality, restaurant management, or business education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with calm judgment, ownership, and guest-first service.
• Grow customer base by developing relationships with guests, partners, and Home Office teams.
• Monitor operations, labor, expenses, and product usage to improve performance while maintaining hospitality.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain team members, providing regular feedback and development.
• Communicate clearly with front of house, back of house, bar, and support teams.
