You will co-lead daily operations across rooms, F&B, events, and guest services while preparing for a General Manager role within the portfolio. • Past leadership in food & beverage management or rooms division in full-service or large-scale hotels.
• Proven track record of training, developing, and mentoring hotel associates.
• Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the General Manager's co-captain, overseeing daily operations across rooms, F&B, events, and guest services.
• Drive performance on guest satisfaction, associate engagement, event execution, and profitability.
• Prioritize associate training and development to grow long-term careers within White Lodging's properties.
• Foster relationships with associates and leadership to support retention and internal promotion pipelines.
• Operate with a growth mindset, preparing for a General Manager role within the portfolio.
