Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Westlake, TX to lead and develop the team, drive hospitality excellence, and meet financial targets. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of GM experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership and training skills, and a proven ability to manage P&L while delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach others and drive hospitality excellence.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibilities; strong financial acumen.
