• Coach, motivate, and support team across each shift.
• Deliver friendly, accurate service and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures with accountability.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Support labor management, inventory, and waste reduction to meet targets.
• Partner with GM on sales initiatives and cost control.
• Promote a hospitality‑first culture where teams feel supported.
