You'll collaborate with the General Manager to meet goals, manage labor and expenses, and recruit top talent. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and guest-centric service on site in Bozeman, MT.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and guest service.

• Familiarity with brand standards and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while protecting Resolute Road Hospitality culture.
• Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability to staff and guests.
• Build culture of service excellence and teamwork across departments.
• Partner with the GM to set goals, monitor metrics, and drive revenue.
• Recruit, hire, and train talent with a focus on culture fit.
