Resolute Road Hospitality seeks an Assistant General Manager for our Home2Suites by Hilton Bozeman Four Corners. You will lead daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and foster a culture of excellence across departments.

You'll collaborate with the General Manager to meet goals, manage labor and expenses, and recruit top talent. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and guest-centric service on site in Bozeman, MT.

Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
• Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
• Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Experience with brand systems preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
