Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards at the Four Corners Bozeman property. You will follow established cleaning processes, maintain a tidy environment, and contribute to a safe, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and consistent delivers of high-quality service while adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies.
• Replenish linens, amenities, and guest essentials.
• Clean assigned public areas (hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms).
• Stock housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptly.
• Log and turn in lost and found items following hotel policy.
• Follow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review assignments and daily updates.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assigned.
• Complete assigned tasks within allotted time per room (Minutes Per Room or MPR).
• Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactions.
• Adhere to all Resolute Road Hospitality policies and procedures.

Situated at the crossroads of Bozeman, Belgrade, and Big Sky, this area boasts a prime location with easy access to skiing, fishing, hunting, and downtown Bozeman.

Your Role

As Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of guest rooms and public areas. You’ll follow established processes to ensure rooms are properly prepared and maintained according to brand standards. • Familiarity with housekeeping tools, cleaning products, and safe handling procedures

• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling)
• Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Education & Experience
